You can easily head in all directions around town from this highly desirable Atlanta suburb of Brookhaven. The In-law suite is brand new and immaculate, and feels like a high end hotel yet with the comforts of home. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout with open floor plan. Enjoy the lovely kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Sip coffee and/or cook a meal – kitchen is yours to command. It’s open to living room area with large screen TV. Couch folds out to sleep 1. Large bathroom has beautiful tiled floor and huge custom shower! Separate bedroom comes with queen bed and a closet the size of a small room! In the Woods near Emory / CDC / VA

In our Southfarthing Suite, you'll find the perfect combination of centrally located peace and quiet on a wooded private drive. Come home to a spacious walk-in apartment with all the things you need and some nice extras. The suite occupies the ground floor only with a separate entrance, as shown in the photos; the hosts occupy the rest of the home. We are close to Peachtree Creek trail, the VA hospital. Emory & CDC are 6 minutes away. Aquarium, World of Coke & Decatur are easy via car or MARTA.

NO CLEANING FEE - Although we don't charge a cleaning fee, our cleaners work very hard to provide a clean place for our guests. THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE HOUSE. This is a terrace-level guest SUITE in a home in a nice neighborhood with many high end homes. Very safe and quiet location with no thru traffic.
