Meticulously decorated townhouse in downtown Arlington directly next to UTA!! Modern styled townhome with all you could need for your stay! 3 stories, with the first floor being the entry and garage. The 2nd floor opens up to the kitchen, living, and dining area to include the half bathroom, and all will not disappoint! The top floor is the split bedroom, and each has it's own private bathroom for guests to stay in comfortably and privately. There is sufficient soundproofing between units.

Location, Location, Location! Condo is in the heart of the cultural district, and walking distance to Dicky's Arena. Walking distance: Dicky's Arena, several bars/restaurants (including our favorite, Taco Heads!), Will Rodgers, UNT Health and Science Center, Kimbell and the Modern art museums, and Botanical Gardens. Short Uber/cab Ride: West 7th, TCU Stadium, downtown, magnolia area. Full kitchen with granite counters, washer/dryer, walk in closet, fenced in backyard with plenty of shade.
