This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

No boats or jet skis and no visitors allowed at anytime during your stay. Linens provided. Boat is stored there when not in use as in the last pic.

You will love this conveniently located private guest suite in a Safe and quiet neighborhood 2 minutes off of I-40, 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach, 5 minutes to ILM Airport, 10 minutes to UNCW & historic downtown Wilmington. A private entrance to this “Coastal Cottage” designed guest suite sleeps four. This space has a separate entrance, but is attached to our home. There is a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper with Access to the in-ground saltwater pool. No cleaning fee.

This is the upstairs of my home with a private keyed entrance . There is a Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, ice maker,small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Private bath has tub/shower. The Bedroom is quite large, very comfortable queen bed, lots of closet space, book nook and Wi-Fi reception. The second room is set up as sitting room./TV with WiFi , Prime, Netflix and Apple / fold out couch for second sleeping area. All area’s are bright and spotlessly clean
