This spacious home located in a safe, quiet neighborhood features two bedrooms upstairs with king and queen beds, two rooms down with three queen beds, two family rooms, each featuring televisions with local stations and wi-fi, two bathrooms, laundry, fully furnished kitchen, three season porch, office, one car attached garage with opener. Ammenities include wi-fi, washer, dryer, dishwasher, fenced yard, outdoor gas grill, central air-conditioning, water softner and weekly house cleaning.

Germaine

We like to call this cottage Germaine, named after the previous owners wife. We live next door, so if you need anything, were just a knock away! This cottage was a labor of love and is fully renovated. It comes with all new plumbing, electrical, appliances, insulation, HVAC system, tankless water heater, and more. The house was built in 1940 so we modernized the home while staying true to the era. Germaine has one queen bed and a double size pull out couch. Two adults is a comfortable fit.

Grain Bin Getaway

Nestled at the foot of the Loess Hills, this repurposed grain bin is a sight to see. Every inch of the inside has been customized for a relaxing and luxurious experience. Conveniently located just 30 minutes from downtown Omaha, as well as within a quick drive to numerous state parks. There is even an external electrical hook up for campers. Finally, our grain bin includes 20 acres of the Loess Hills to explore. We recommend hiking to the top of the ridge for sunset. It's breath taking.

A cozy walkable downtown apartment that sleeps six. The Byrd Nest shares a building with a dance center and The Coop event space. You can also find Johnnie Byrd Brewing Company next door. D'Brick Cottage is located across from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. This recently renovated 2-bedroom house offers a comfortable place to get away. Includes indoor fireplace, equipped kitchen with all appliances and conveniences, plus laundry in the basement. The perfect place to get some rest for traveling employees, visiting family, or just because. SPECIAL NOTE: The basement contains an apartment that is rented separately.

We are not far off of the highway that gives us that secluded place without having to go far off of the pavement. The Barn is an actual barn that we renovated to function as a ministry center and to be a "home away from home for those who are traveling through".
