Ocean Front House

Enjoy the views and gaze out the huge windows to see the sailboats. Take it outside and dine al fresco at the picnic table overlooking the water. End the evening around the fire pit or the two decks. Ocean front spacious house. Stone steps to beach. One mile from downtown Belfast. This home is located on a private lane. Good dogs welcome! Guests love the beautiful sunrise over the water and Blue Hill. The smell of beach roses wafts into the house until the hydrangeas bloom in all their glory.

Lavender by the Sea

The Cottage rests over the end of Penobscot River as it opens into the Bay. The Cottage will comfortably accommodate two. The Cottage has a spacious bedroom, full kitchen, dining area, den and an all season porch with rockers. From Cottage there are views of the water and the lavender gardens. The gardens are terraced with a path down to the sea. The Carriage House Suite is available for an additional fee. it has has two bedrooms, a full bath and a sitting area. It can easily sleep four.

The Barn

I call my place "The Barn" because as I was finishing it it took the shape and feel of a barn. It's not a barn. It's a quiet post and beam open concept building (a Jamaica Cottages kit) set among the fields of Appleton, Maine. You'll sleep in the loft or on a futon on the main floor. The bathroom is huge, 10X10, with a heated floor. It's an open concept kitchen and living space. From Appleton you are 20 miles away from the tourist destinations of Camden, Rockland, and Belfast.

The River House

Escape to this modern and serene home, just steps from the Passagassawakeag River. The River House is centrally located and just minutes from downtown Belfast which boasts great retail stores, restaurants and many amazing events throughout the year. Just steps from Penobscot Bay, this cozy, privately-situated cottage is an is a 100-year old Sears and Roebuck catalog house. Charming, yet still highly functional, the home is a perfect place to just relax or use as a base to explore Mid-Coast Maine. The property has a lovely backyard with a picnic table, grill and gardens. It is a short 5 minute walk to a public beach and within driving distance of many more!
