The apartment is right off Sukhumvit Road, close to Prakanong BTS Station and across from Summer Hill community mall. Many international restaurants are nearby, as well as the Naiipa Art Complex with its alluring nature and interesting architecture. * We are very close to Sukhumvit road and BTS station, guests may experience some noise from the street. Please consider if anyone in your group is sensitive to noise. * This unit is on 2nd floor, guests must use stairs (No lift). * Shared kitchen and breakfast area are on 1.5 floor. * Laundry area on 3rd floor has washing machine and dryer that guest can use free of charge * Please be mindful of your noise after 10 pm. * My Hometel is strictly No Smoking. Please go outside if you want to smoke.
