This house combines everything Luang Prabang is about: Being on the famous peninsula allows you to walk everywhere within a few minutes: Wat Xiengthong, the French bakery and the fabulous Night Market. The house is a beautiful mix between Lao traditional architecture with a lot of charming wood and some more modern and western amenities. With direct street views to the alms giving ceremony every morning, you can watch this spectacle from your own little balcony without even going out.

Our place is located close to the Mekong River, center of historical town, 15 to 20 min to Boat Pier, Train Station and Airport. Restaurants, Cafés with sunset river terraces, Bakery, small shops and Laundry in walking distance. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The bedrooms incl. bathrooms are situated on two levels. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed and is upstairs. A 2 single bed bedroom in Ground Floor. No Pets. No smoking indoors.

Homs's Home liegt im Zentrum der Altstadt. Trotzdem ist es hier sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist nur ein paar Schritte vom Mekong entfernt, wo es viele Cafés und Restaurants gibt. Von hier aus kann man die Altstadt bequem zu Fuss erkunden. Das Haus hat eine Küche und einen Aussensitzplatz. Die beiden Schlafzimmer liegen nebeneinander sind aber separat, jedoch ist das 2. Zimmer nur über das Erste hindurch eine Tür zu erreichen. Das Haus ist speziell bei Familien mit Kindern beliebt

This Studio room is a part of our Peninsula House with its own private entrance. Stylish room, comfortable, great rain shower, high ceiling, good airconditioner, small private outdoor sitting patio. Located in the heart of Luang Prabang old town, next to Xiengthong Temple, and close to Mekong and Nam Khan Rivers. The guests can easily walk to Night Market, Royal Palace Museum (5-10 Minutes). The cleaning service is 2 times a week, free unlimited WiFi.

The apartment has a lot of light , allows you to relax after a day out of exploring Luang Prabang and to even cook your own dishes you bought at the nearby markets. If you want to experience a more local area than the UNESCO peninsula, but still have close access to it, this is a great location for you.
