The property is also surrounded by wooded trails that lead to a waterfront cove on Lake Hamilton. Kayaks are available for use Mar.-Oct. Unit 10 is a beautifully decorated condo on Lake Hamilton's lake front. Parking level condo, just steps to lakeside. BOAT SLIP AVALIABLE. Great view, lovely cove for swimming and fishing. King size bed in bedroom and two comfy twin air beds, great for children. Two full baths allow this condo to sleep 2 couples very comfortably. High Speed Internet and Smart TV in living room and bedroom for all your streaming needs. Bubba's Brew within walking distance for great sandwiches and entertainment.

Private suite in a cozy 1926 duplex cottage in the historic Park Avenue neighborhood. Front and back porches. Great for arts & culturally-inclined seeking peace and quiet. Queen size bed and wardrobe. Kitchenette with sink, fridge microwave & toaster oven. Full bathroom. WiFi and 23" TV screen for streaming. Off-street parking.

Relax on top of the mountain in a cozy setting with amazing views of the mountain scape and valley views of the city. Enjoy the unique Moroccan vibes in this all open spacious cabin. The decor makes it a one of a kind setting. You’ll want to come back yr after yr to experience a new theme. It has a cute little bathroom with a shower and a darling kitchenette. Plenty of room for roll away bed or two! A sitting area for working or getting ready for that special day, party or girls night out.

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.

Royal Cabin Tiny Home

Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

This 1,000 sq ft 2BR/1BA guest suite offers complete privacy from the adjoining property. Located just off of Hwy 70 (Airport Rd), it's just minutes from Lake Hamilton and only about 5 miles from Oaklawn Casino and Historic Downtown Hot Springs! Contact the host before booking if bringing a pet. Only one small pet (15lbs or less) allowed. There is a $20 pet fee (no exceptions). There absolutely NO smoking allowed in the guest suite. ($200 fine for smoking in guest suite)
