Relax on the veranda or visit interesting shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, and the supermarket, just a 10 minute walk away with the stadium being a ten minute drive. The cottage is on the west harbour 15 minute drive from Dunedin. Short drives take you to unspoilt beaches and scenic reserves. Three minutes drive takes you to historical and quirky Port Chalmers with its many pubs, cafes and galleries. Less than a kilometer away from the cottage is the start of a track through native bush to the top of Mount Cargill with panoramic views of the Otago Harbour. The newly renovated cottage is warm, sunny, cosy and comfortable.
