The kitchenette features a mini-fridge/freezer combination, a sink, and a Keurig coffee maker. One full bathroom is stocked with complimentary toiletries and a claw foot tub.

This studio apartment is in a triplex less than one mile from the beach located in an older neighborhood of single and multifamily homes walking distance to Grand Avenue shops, restaurants and the beach.
