Our home is located on a 16 Acre PRIVATE Lake *Traverse City 14 miles *Sleeping Bear Dune 31 miles *Crystal Mountain 17 miles Smart TV Coffee Netflix Private Lake Access Fiber Optic WI-FI Full Kitchen A Recent Review The home was very clean and updated. Having the use of a boat was awesome, and the lake was great for fishing. Very good sound proofing between the duplexes. Never heard the neighbors once!

This place is a winter and summer wonderland. Our cottage is a small 50's style with much character tucked away in the woods. We’re surrounded by the 70,000 acre Sleeping Bear Dunes. There’s plenty of skiing, canoeing, hiking and fishing, peace and quiet. We're on the boarder of Benzie and Leelanau Counties, the best of wine regions this side of the Mississippi and a true artisanal food destination It's a short drive to Honor, Empire or Glen Arbor. The Betsie Camper - Excellent condition 35ft Fifth wheel camper in our back yard woods. Sleeps 6 - Queen Bed, Sofa Bed and Queen Air Mattresses . We own 20 acres of woods with several trails through the woods. Has water, electricity, Air Conditioning, a refrigerator, stove top and cooking stove, shower and other basic necessities. The camper is several feet from the house so you will have your own privacy. There is an outdoor hot tub and fire pit that is available for use.
