The villa is located in Bosljiva Loka near the Kolpa river with private beach. The surroundings are filled with numerous paths that invite exploration on foot or by bike. Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Guests have access to an indoor infrared sauna, which is included in the price. *The outdoor hot tub is available for an additional fee, personally arranged with us.* The house is located next to the Kolpa River, offering a beautiful view of the natural surroundings, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers, relaxation, and outdoor activities. Cosy and comfortable cottage offers a modern and well-equipped kitchen. In the garden there is hot tub, sauna, a fireplace and a BBQ, where you can prepare food and enjoy the memorable sunsets. The charming interior of the cottage is a combination of wood, glass and stone. The retreat at the cottage Sončni Grič embraced by vineyards, forest and warbling birds will connect you with the nature and her healing powers. The Sončni Grič is located just a step away from highway exit Trebnje East.

Pine Hill Ruby Rakitna with free jacuzzi

Lesena koča s pokritim masažnim bazenom na vrhu hriba, obdana z gozdovi in prelepo naravo. V koči kuhinja z vso opremo ter udobna ležišča z razgledom v zgornjem nadstropju. Pred kočo terasa za uživanje ob kavici, prostorna letna kuhinja, miza, ognjišče ter zunanji solarni tuš. Samo 400 m oddaljeno Jezero Rakitna, ki omogoča SUP- anje, poleti kopanje ter ribolov. Koča je odlično izhodišče za sprehode in pohode po okolici in vrhovih v bližini ali kolesarjenje s cestnim, goskim ali e-kolesom.

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.
