Gold Legend Paukkula #1 Apartments Saariselkä on uusi edullisesti hinnoiteltu majoituskohde Saariselällä. Paukkula #1 on neljän asunnon rivitalon parvellinen päätyasunto omalla saunalla. Asunnossa on hyvin varusteltu keittiö, olohuone jossa 50" smart-TV sekä tunnelmallinen avotakka ja mukava vuodekulmasohva. Parvella on yksi 160cm parivuode sekä kaksi yhden hengen vuodetta. Parvitilan voi rajata verholla kahdeksi makuuhuoneeksi. Asunnossa on oma sisäänkäynti, kaksi ulkovarastoa sekä terassi.

Kaunis erillistalo Alajärven rannalla rauhallisessa miljöössä 10km päässä Ivalon keskustasta. Rannassa hienohiekkainen matala ranta sekä puulämmitteinen rantasauna vieraiden käytettävissä erillisestä maksusta. Myös kota käytettävissä, puut maksusta. Talvella rannasta pääsee kelkkareiteille sekä hiihtämään. Lähistöllä kauniita ulkoilumaastoja. Lemmikkieläimet eivät ole sallittuja. Asunnon voi siivota itse, jolloin siivousmaksu palautetaan. Mökissä on lämmitysmuotona sähkölämmitys, puuhella, sekä takka. Sauna lämpiää puilla, joka sijaitsee myös samassa rakennuksessa. Kulku saunaan on terassin kautta. Vesi saunaan haetaan joesta sankoilla ja lämmitetään puulämmitteisesti saunapadassa. Kohteessa on oikein siisti ulkovessa, jossa ei ole lämmitystä. Avanto joessa auki talvella.

There is a water post behind the house, where you can drinking and cooking water. In Summer runnig water from river to the kitchen and washroom 1.6.-30.09. Cottage has electricity and is well equipped. Cottage has bedding but not linen. There is clear view to sky.
