Old Town Lake Retreat

Take it easy at this secluded, waterfront cabin near beautiful Magnolia Beach. Fish or launch kayaks from your front yard. This rustic property is located down a dirt road that can be very difficult to access when it rains a lot. 4x4 vehicles recommend. During dry times, the road is fine. Wildlife of all kinds are sometimes seen, many species of birds, bobcat, deer, and sometimes snakes. Alligators live in Old Town Lake, much like any body of water in South Texas. Swimming not recommended.

We have full size laundry washer and dryer and a full, well-equipped kitchen. You can see Carancahua Bay from the property and is nearly walking distance to the community fishing peer. Boca Chica is a beautiful bay community with a great restaurant (FishVille), a park/play ground for the kids, and community fishing peer.

They have two separate listings to identify them for renting purposes, Casita A and Casita B.
