Excellent location! Across the street from the beach of Cape Canaveral for morning walks and an afternoon of playing in the waves. Easy walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier with restaurants and a beautiful ocean view. Short drive to Space center and the Port with a ton of places to eat. The condo has a large bedroom with a very comfortable King size bed, a sleeper sofa and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. No worries about beach parking . 2 adults 2 children or 3 adults

Walking distance to Cocoa Beach Pier! 2 miles from Port Canaveral with all the best restuarants and bars, as well as the Cruislines! We also have a Fantastic view off our beach of all the rocket launches! The house fully stocked. Equiped with beach chairs, umbrella, towels, sunscreen and coffee.The house is one bedroom, however there is a queen air mattress for 1 or 2 extra guests.
