This home is also walking distance to all the restaurants in Downtown Port Clinton, or to the head boats to go fishing. This space is cozy and perfect for 8 guest. It has 3 queen size beds, and 2 sofas. Equipped with a eat in kitchen and two bathrooms, with washer and dryer. Welcome to our BoHo Studio! One block from Sandusky Bay waterfront, The Montgomery, built in the late 1800's, is located in heart of Sandusky's downtown historic district. The Boho Studio @ The Montgomery is cozy space with an eclectic artsy vibe. This space is outfitted with meditation pillows, games, vinyl record player. The Montgomery has an outdoor community courtyard and literally steps away from a variety of restaurants, shopping, activities, and culture.

Clean and comfortable 1-bedroom 2nd floor condo located in Green Cove Resort. The kitchen includes all the basics for cooking. The bedroom has 2 full XL size beds and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. There is an air-conditioner in the bedroom as well as the living room. All linens, pillows and towels are provided. There is a washer/dryer available for your use. Wi fi is accessible throughout the condo and there is a new 40" smart TV with cable.
