You’ll love our place because it's cute as a button, providing all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Enjoy the comfy duck feather doona beds or sunset over the cow paddock. Barkly Beach House is a brand newly renovated home designed with relaxing coastal holidaying in mind, with everything you need and nothing you don't. The minute you walk through the door you will want to kick off your shoes, play some tunes and mix yourself a drink. The Flume surf break is 500 mts walk away as is the Boardwalk that takes you to the Breakwater to your right and the Hopkins River Mouth to your left. Also 5mins walk away is Fletcher Jones gardens and a Fish and Chip shop.

Just a 1.6Km walk from the local village shops & cafes. There is a smaller second cottage on the property that shares a driveaway but remains separate from the main cottage and it's gardens.

The Cosy Little Beach Shack: Pets are Welcome

The Little Shack is a modern bungalow with a spacious double gated yard area, less than 1km from the beach. It is situated behind the main residence, 5 blocks from the main street of Warrnambool and a short drive to the river mouth. Around the corner are the Fletcher Jones gardens, a fish + chip shop, a laundromat and a cafe ~Wilba + Co. Most pets are welcome to stay with pre-approval. The bed mattress is a Melbourne made firm queen sized, and parking is on the street.
