The cottage is located in Settlement Point, hidden down a discrete little street and nestled into the bushland. Only a 5-minute drive to Settlement City Shopping Centre, and 8 minutes to the centre of town.

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally located brand new apartment. You can sit and enjoy the view or take a short stroll to town, shopping centres, clubs, restaurants, coffee shops & local attractions. Westport Park is a short walk away. It holds monthly markets and hosts any entertainment that comes to town. For a short time there is only 1 bedroom available. The 2nd bedroom is unoccupied but uninhabitable.
