The property is completely fenced and has private access entry via a large drive-through gate. Park within the property. We are close to parks, boat ramps, restaurants, and entertainment. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon BBQs on the peaceful deck. We have 3 large dogs on our side of the fence, so please, no pets. Bring your boat, jet skis, and kayaks. Enjoy the recently added solar lighting within the enclosure. Freshly painted interior in May, 2024 and we've updated the entrance/driveway.

The Parakeet is part of a larger home, fully separated from the main house by a locked utility room with two sets of secure double doors for complete privacy. We hope you enjoy the coastal design, fishing poles, kayaks, BBQ, full access to the yard and daybeds, dock for your boat (if needed) and the wildlife that surrounds us (dolphins and manatees, of course). We hope you love exploring the local sandbars, waterfront restaurants and some of the best fishing in the Atlantic. Please enjoy!.

If you love outdoor vibes and a cozy tiny home, The Half Marker Hideaway is the place to stay! NO DRUGS. NOT 420 friendly! Don’t book if you don’t like dogs, our dogs will sometimes greet you! Shared backyard space. The whole indoor space is 140 square foot.
