Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

It boasts the most spectacular of sea views which can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own balcony making your holiday in St Ives truly unforgettable. Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches, and the picturesque Harbour, with its array of bars, restaurants, shops and galleries are all just a stroll away.

Mazal House Studio.

Mazal Studio is a self contained annex, with a double bedroom with shower, separate WC and basin and a basic kitchen/utility room. Although there are no facilities to cook as such there is a small microwave oven and fridge for your convenience, you are more than welcome to bring food in. We are situated a short distance from Helston town centre and are very close to Coronation Park and the Boating Lake. Lidl is a 2 minute walk away, as is the beautiful Penrose walk down to Loe Bar.

The Beachhouse is a unique gem in a truly magical Cornish Cove. The sandy cove of Porthgwarra is at the end of your private garden. The SWCP & the sea runs alongside the property. We are centrally located in the pretty seaside town of Hayle, approximately 5 miles from St Ives, and within walking distance of Hayle's three miles of stunning golden beaches and harbour area. The old school house annexe sleeps two and has a private entrance, open plan dining and living area, kitchen, modern bathroom and comfortable double bedroom.

This cottage is one of the oldest buildings in Newlyn, It has retained many of its original features. Previously used as a pilchard press, The cottage has history and charm. Situated on the harbour front it boasts incredible views which span across Newlyn harbour, Mounts bay and st Michaels mount.
