On the ground floor: living room with tv and air conditioner, well-equipped kitchen with a small terrace, main bedroom with air conditioner and bathroom, second room with double bed and bathroom. By the vintage stairs you can reach the mezzanine with a small bathroom and two comfortable queen bed. In the big terrace you can enjoy your meals. Access at the pool (from 15 june) and parking space.

The apartment has two independent entrances, the main access from the porch shared with the other apartments of the farm and the access to the swimming pool that overlooks the Maremma vineyards.
