Il a été rénové en 2012 pour le tourisme, en gardant les deux usines indépendantes et en combinant le confort des temps modernes avec les caractéristiques essentielles d'un manoir du XVIIIe siècle. Il a une capacité maximale de 9 adultes et 2 enfants.
