Cette charmante villa est située à Posedarje (à 20 km de la ville de Zadar) et est idéale pour accueillir 6 à 7 personnes. La surface habitable de 95 m² est divisée en un séjour avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, trois chambres avec lits doubles et une salle de bain avec douche. Le séjour s'ouvre sur le spacieux espace extérieur de la villa d'un total de 400 m² où se trouvent une piscine, un parking, des terrasses couvertes, un coin salon pour la détente et un gazebo avec chaises longues. La piscine d'une superficie totale de 45 m² est chauffée. La climatisation est située dans le salon tandis que les chambres sont équipées de ventilateurs de plafond intégrés et de téléviseurs. Les autres caractéristiques de cet appartement comprennent Internet sans fil, un parking, un lave-linge, un lave-vaisselle et un espace extérieur destiné au plaisir où se trouvent des installations telles qu'une piscine et un barbecue. Dans la cour de la villa, il y a suffisamment d'espace pour garer 2 à 3 voitures, cependant la route d'accès à la cour est étroite, donc si une voiture plus grande comme un VAN arrive, nous proposons une solution de stationnement au début de la rue. Les restaurants et commerces sont à seulement quelques minutes à pied (400 m).La plage la plus proche se trouve à 850 m, tout comme le centre-ville lui-même, où vous pourrez trouver des commodités telles que des magasins, des boutiques de souvenirs, des boulangeries, des restaurants et des bars de nuit. Un endroit intéressant que nous vous recommandons de visiter est le chemin de croix de 2,5 km de long, qui commence à proximité immédiate de la villa. Le chemin de croix compte 14 stations et se termine à 200 m d'altitude, où se trouve un point de vue avec vue sur la mer de Novigrad et la chaîne de montagnes Velebit.
