L'appartement dispose de 60 m², d'un balcon exposé sud-ouest et d'une place de parking en sous-sol. Il y a une très belle piscine dans la maison (gratuite, fermée entre 19.10. et 12.12.25) ; le sauna peut être utilisé pour 10CHF/2h. Il y a également une cave à skis, une table de ping-pong, un lave-linge et un sèche-linge.
