Die Lage leicht oberhalb von Küblis ist optimal und bietet eine herrliche Aussicht.

This top floor flat is situated in the center of Klosters village. You can walk everywhere! 5 min from the main train station or ski lift & 3 min walk from main street, shops and restaurants! It has a lovely open area for socializing, eating meals and enjoying leisure morning and afternoons on the south facing balcony. It contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Flat has a fully equipped kitchen & laundry wash/dry machines. Flat also includes an underground parking space and ski room.

Chalet style apartment

Newly renovated luxury apartment on perfect location in Klosters. Apartment is located in a hotel where guests have free access to the wellness area with pool, spa sauna & gym located on the same floor. The hotel also offers a very nice bar and restaurant. Master bedroom with king - size bed and flatscreen tv and separate bedroom with bunk beds. Open living room and kitchen with dining area, flat screen tv and fireplace makes for a perfect cozy evening after a day on the mountain.

Appartement confortable à Klosters Platz

L'appartement a deux chambres et il est situé à 150 m de la gare et de la télécabine, à 200 m du Coop et offre une belle vue sur le Gotschnagrat. L'appartement dispose de 60 m², d'un balcon exposé sud-ouest et d'une place de parking en sous-sol. Il y a une très belle piscine dans la maison (gratuite, fermée entre 19.10. et 12.12.25) ; le sauna peut être utilisé pour 10CHF/2h. Il y a également une cave à skis, une table de ping-pong, un lave-linge et un sèche-linge.

Liebe Gäste, Cordial bainvegni a Gmuetli! Herzlich Willkommen im Gmuetli! Im Herzen von Arosa, in der Nähe des Obersees gelegen findet ihr unser kleines liebevoll eingerichtetes Bijou. Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. Our charming chalet is close to Klosters and Davos ski slopes 50+ lifts, 300 KM slopes, 150KM Nordic ski tracks, 25 KM prepared snowshoe tracks. 10 car minutes to Klosters, 25 car minutes to Davos. Nature galore, many great dining opportunities, Ski slopes for kids available. For the Christmas period there is a rebate for 13 days booking of 20%/day for the entire time. Also timing is negotiable.
