L'ingresso sul vicolo è al piano rialzato (solo 4 scalini per accedervi), mentre le finestre sulla via del Poggiolo sono al secondo piano. La cucina è completamente equipaggiata, con lavastoviglie. L'accesso al centro storico è chiuso alla normale viabilità ma a 200 m si trova un parcheggio a pagamento ed a circa 400 m si trovano due parcheggi gratuiti.
