Welcome to our warm and inviting cottage, nestled in the peaceful community of Cambridge-Narrows. The cottage features three comfortable bedrooms (two queen beds and two double beds), a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, and in-unit laundry — everything you need to feel right at home. Relax year-round in the private hot tub, or enjoy the beautiful Saint John River system with access to a seasonal dock. During winter, take advantage of direct access to the NB Skidoo snowmobile trails!

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Inside you will find a rustic wood paneled interior with all the amenities of home. A jacuzzi bath awaits you at the top of the spiral staircase in the master bedroom loft. We love to start our day with coffee on the front deck, enjoying the view from the adirondack chairs. Launch your kayaks at the waterfront. Enjoy evening campfires.

Skyview Lakehouse! You'll enjoy a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom private home on 2 acres on Washademoak Lake. Named Skyview because of the beautiful views from the living room, sunroom, deck, or down at the Dock. You'll see sunrises, sunsets, and beautiful night skies! King bed in primary with full ensuite, and walk-in closet. Full bathroom downstairs as well. Fully Equipped Kitchen, Sunroom, Firepit, Grill, Dock, Kayaks, SUP's, and many more amenites to enjoy.

Harbour View Cottage

Beautiful four season cottage located in Douglas Harbour on Grand Lake, NB. The cottage has two bedrooms and bathrooms with a large wraparound deck that leads you to a 200 ft private sand beach with dock. The cottage is fully equipped with Wi-fi, TV with Amazon fire Stick, BBQ as well as a washer and dryer. Come relax on the beach, or in the hammock. Cool off with a swim or fish off the dock. End the day with a bonfire on the beach.
