Located in a quiet part of OLD Quinns, the studio is light and airy , with plenty of windows to catch fresh sea breezes....leave the windows open and some nights you might even smell the ocean. Even with blockout blinds the sun may not wake you but the birds might ! We have lots of Willy Wagtails & Pink & Grey Galahs. From the deck or the couch , enjoy the glorious views over the Nature Reserve filled with grasstrees. Please note that bookings including children will not be accepted.

Beachside self contained unit

Located in a quiet beachside suburb , 300m to the ocean just a short stroll down the hill. This fully independent flat has its own private access, it is located behind the triple garages with a private entrance to the left hand side of the property. Air conditioning , lounge , bedroom , kitchen and bathroom . Adjacent to our main family home it's very modern with great public transport locally to the rail and bus system. Please note this is no smoking and has only 1 car space available

The Eden Reserve - your oasis in Swan Valley

The Eden Reserve is a luxurious villa set on 4 acres of breathtaking scenery in Swan Valley, near Perth. Designed for comfort and relaxation, the home features four spacious bedrooms, a study, a fireplace, a chef’s kitchen, a theater, and a scenic lookout. The sofa bed in the study will only be prepared if there are 9 or 10 guests. For 8 or less, let us know if the sofa bed is required—an additional fee applies. For booking accuracy, please specify the number of guests when booking.

We offer our beautiful “Beachy Seashell” Holiday stay in the heart of Connolly. The location is perfect to visit the beautiful beaches of Perth, the Golf Course or Hillary's Boat Harbour. At Hillary's you can take the ferry to Rottnest. The most beautiful island in WA. Only a few minutes away you have shopping centres, Cafe's, Restaurants and Joondalup Hospital. To get to the city we can offer you a ride to the train station. The bus stop is just a 4 min walk away.

Le Petit Retreat

Le Petit Retreat is located in a quiet neighbourhood just steps away many cafes, restaurants and various grocery shops. Iluka beach is a short 20 minute walk. ECU Campus, Lakeside Shopping Centre, Joondalup Health Campus and Joondalup Golf Resort are a 5 minute car journey away. Excellent access to public transport, bus stop is a 1 minute walk away & train station is a 15 minute walk away.
