Tallinn Residences are two identical new detached private houses in a beutiful quiet green area located just 6 kilometres from city centre of Tallinn. We have our own new private outdoor tennis court. If it's raining you can play @Peetri indoor tennis centre only 100m from us. We are easily reachable from Tallinn Airport. Each room of the house has an individually adjustable heating system and a central ventilation system. The houses are equipped with all necessary equipment to enjoy your stay!

This spacious 50 m2 1-bedroom apartment has separate bathroom, WC and kitchen Our apartment is ideal place for up to 4 people who appreciate to have enough space and comfortable furniture. In addition to our location in downtown you will have quick and easy access to all the major sightseeings in Tallinn. The property has great access to airport, bus station, port and railway station. The Passenger Port and the Railway Station are within walking distance. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony

The entire apartment is for your private use. Tallinn Airport and the Port are about 2.5 km away. A tram stop 60 m from the apartment takes you directly to the city center. The bus station (1.2 km) connects to all parts of Estonia and abroad. Kadriorg Park with the Presidential Palace and the Kumu Art Museum is 900 m away—an easy walk. A 24/7 Prisma supermarket is about 400 m from the apartment. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Parking is free around the building (not in front; follow traffic signs).

Grocery store Rimi just few steps across the road!

Kümbustünni puhul on vajalik 24h ette öelda, kui on soov kasutada! Trepil on nii üleval kui ka all korrusel turvaväravad. Terrassil grill, süsi palume endal kaasa võtta! Pererahvas elab samas hoovis, umbes 50m kaugusel! Palume öörahust kinni pidada! Öörahu 23:00-8:00!

The apartment is located in the heart of Tallinn, for smaller groups or for bigger groups of up to fourteen people. There are a living/dining room, three comfortable bedrooms, one walk-through bedroom, two bathrooms and also a shower. On the ground floor of our house there is a cafe where you can have a delicious breakfast and lunch. The menu offers Georgian dishes for every taste!
