The property which is naturally landscaped with massive pine and oak trees, is quiet and peaceful. There are horses on both sides of the 1/4 mile drive. but that comes with some smells and dust. If you are sensitive to smells this might not be the place for you. It is less than 2 miles from Route 75 and close to HIT, WEC & Chi institute.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families. The farm is near many diving and spring water venues, Chi institute, Fire College, zip line, and other Florida amusements. Pets by special permission, may not be left in apartment alone, or must be crated. 15 $ pet fee

The studio has a private entrance, private bath, mini kitchen and is perfectly located. You'll be only minutes away from various bodies of water, ie Lakes, rivers, and the Gulf of America. The studio supports additional parking for off-road vehicles and trailers such as water vessels etc. The local area is well known for Scalloping, fishing, kayaking, diving/snorkeling as well as great seafood restaurants and festivals.
