Wonderful open concept 2-story in the heart of Longfellow. This is my personal home and is available while I’m traveling. You'll love preparing food at "South Minneapolis' largest kitchen island". Bdrm 1 has a king size bed, 400 sq ft. upper deck sun patio and en suite bathroom with laundry. Bdrm 2 has a comfortable queen couch pull-out and standing office desk. The 400 sq ft main floor 3-season porch is where I spend most of my time.

The Lucky Homestead...charming garden cottage in South Minneapolis, built in 1907, blocks from the Mississippi River. Peaceful, quiet, neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Close to U of M, St. Thomas, St. Kate's. This is a women-only space. One private bedroom upstairs with double bed. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry are shared spaces. The living room on the main level is reserved for my daughter and I. :-)

Little House by Lake Phalen

Stay in your own private home which was recently remodeled and is located one block from Lake Phalen. The home has a full kitchen which is fully stocked. Breakfast and light snacks are included with your stay. The cushioned chairs and the loveseat have covers which are washed between each guest. The large patio located between the homes is a great place to relax and listen to the fountain or enjoy a meal.

Garden Cottage Upstairs, wk UofM, Bus Stop

The entire upstairs is your private suite w/queen size bed, twin sofa bed, frig w/freezer, Keurig & flat screen TV w/Netflix, etc. Adjoining room w/bunk beds, closet & chest of drawers. Walk in closet can be used as nursery with Pack & Play provided. Newly remodeled bathroom w/jetted tub & shower on this floor. A 2nd full bath on main floor, kitchen, dining rm + patio w/grill shared w/me for your use.
