Lovely 3 bed room on Corstorphine Hill close to Murrayfield & the airport. We are so close to zoo that sometimes you can hear the lions roar. We have good & well served bus route to the centre of town. On the 26, 31 & x18 bus you can be in the city centre in 20 minutes. And the 100 bus or Uber from the airport. The zoo is 7 minute walk. The property is 2.3 miles from Murrayfield, 4 miles to Princes St. 4.1 miles to the Royal Mile and the airport is 1.9 miles away. This is our family home

Welcome to my home. A restful place, close to the city centre. The guest room is furnished with: • a double bed • two night-stands with night-lamps • USB charging ports • writing desk and chair • a tallboy • mirrored wardrobe • luggage rack • hairdryer. The private shower room (not en-suite) - enjoy fresh clean towels and toiletries produced in Scotland. A simple 'self serve' breakfast is offered: tea/coffee, orange juice, muesli/porridge, yogurt, milk/butter, bread, marmalade/ jam.

The apartment is located in Well Court the most iconic building in Dean Village. Looking onto the Water of Leith the apartment feels peaceful and tranquil. The location is very well situated for exploring the city. Only five minutes from Princess Street and the West End. Also a short walk, the beautiful Water of Leith walkway takes you from Dean Village to Stockbridge where there are many good restaurants, bars and cafes or up the river to the modern gallery of art and beyond.

Our home is perfectly located with excellent transport links to access Edinburgh Airport, the city centre and Ocean Terminal. There is a lovely private garden with a Summerhouse. We are a short walk to Murrayfield Stadium and a 7 minute tram ride to Edinburgh West End, 10 minutes to Edinburgh Mound and 15 minutes to Edinburgh Waverley Train Station. We are in a quiet residential area but in minutes you can be in the midst of the bars, cafes and restaurants.

Comfortable, large single room in family home.

We live on the edge of the beautiful conservation village of Colinton. Although it is still known as a village, it is a suburb of Edinburgh and is a 30-minute journey by bus to the city centre. The room is very cosy and comfortable with a view to the back garden. There is a modern shower room next door. This is shared with 2 other people. The room has a double bed, a desk and chair, a built-in cupboard with lots of hanging space and a chest of drawers.

Our elegant room is the perfect place to stay when visiting Edinburgh. There is a comfy double bed and a beautiful en-suite, secluded from the main house; with a small peaceful garden area and a private entrance. Based in the quiet suburb of Blackhall, we are only a couple of miles from the city centre - with dozens of express buses on a few minutes walk from the house; whilst at the same time ideally situated for journeys to and from the airport.

Our house is situated in a quiet cul de sac close to the city centre, Murrayfield stadium is a 5 minute walk ideal for rugby and concerts at the stadium and airport is approximately 4 miles away. The bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed. The bathroom has bath with waterfall shower, sink, and wc and is shared with us also a cloakroom toilet with handbasin. Bathroom and toilet are situated next to the guest bedroom.

South Groathill - lovely 2 bed with castle view

With its own private parking space, a twin room and double room, this apartment offers a perfect opportunity for a break in Scotland' capital city. Within easy reach of all the main sights, you can leave your car in the car park and head into the city to see Edinburgh. There is a bus stop within a 100m of the front door which will take you quickly and frequently into the city.

Single bed in beautiful cottage in rural setting

Private single bedroom in old stone cottage. 15 mins from airport and 2 min walk to regular bus service, which runs day and night to the city centre. Out the back gate and you are on the beautiful tree lined Water of Leith walkway, out the front gate and up the road and you are up in the Pentland hills. Fabulous walks and running routes either way.
