This treehouse was custom designed by its architect with three dimensional chess in mind. Artisan architectural details are found throughout. (A surround sound system helps set the mood for those special dinners in the dining nook.) Villa Serra is located in beautiful Pepin, Wisconsin. This unique 3 bedroom 2 full bath home boasts panoramic views of Lake Pepin. The open floor plan features a spacious living room with adjoining kitchen and breakfast bar island. The dining area leaded to an elevated open porch and deck with expansive views. Stroll through the hillside gardens and relax on the deck overlooking the lake - a perfect setting for gathering, enjoying the gas BBQ and dining al fresco. The perfect Lake Pepin retreat!

Duncan Creek House

Contact me if you’d like a longer term stay and I’ll open up more dates in January, February,March & April. This is a cozy house located on Duncan Creek where you’ll hear the lovely sound of rushing water and will likely spot some eagles. It is located within walking distance of Leinie’s Lodge, Irvine Park, Olson’s Ice Cream Parlor and local hiking/bike trails. Dogs are welcome. The cancellation policy is set as “Strict”, but I’ll give full refunds if you cancel at least 14 days in advance.
