Make yourself at home in this quaint 3bd/2ba home, just 4 miles from Winnsboro and 35 miles from 1-20 @ Garrett Road. The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and one with a step in stand up shower. Hardwood flooring throughout with the exception of the bathrooms. High efficiency washer/dryer and 5 cup Keurig Coffee Maker with coffee pods, creamer and sugar supplied. Completely renovated with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Camp Hillestad Roshto on Bouef River

We’re excited to share our waterfront paradise on Boeuf River for a weekend or extended stays. Loaded w amenities = relaxation, fishing, grilling +beautiful porch & dock sunset views. Our camp sleeps 6 comfortably: BR#1 sleeps two. BR#2 sleeps 4 in a full bed + twin bunks. Family room has a sectional for extra sleep space & an optional queen sz air mattress, smart tv+WiFi. Fully stocked kitchen +full sz appliances+ microwave+ coffee pot+ washer/dryer+ Wifi TV+ 2 dining areas, with River views.

Black Bear Lake House

Beautiful waterfront lake home located on Poverty Point Reservoir. Our home is located near Poverty Point State Park, Black Bear Golf Course, and Poverty Point World Heritage Site. Poverty Point Marina is located 1/2 mile north of the house. Wild Country Safari is located just a few miles north of the house and is a fun experience to enjoy with your kids. We have two docks for fishing and swimming. Relax and enjoy the sun rises and sunsets on beautiful Poverty Point Reservoir.

Cozy Cabin close to town

Fully furnished and well stocked. Comfortable full size bed in bedroom. Pull out sofa bed in living room. Private area with grill and fire pit. This is well built tiny home with heat/air, washer dryer, vaulted ceilings and satellite TV. There are other units in relatively close proximity. Some are long term rentals and some short term. You will have your own private cooking and hang out area. I do own all the properties in the area and require neighbors to show mutual respect.

Broken Road Cottage

Unwind and relax during your stay in our newly renovated 116-year-old cottage, while enjoying modern updated amenities of home. The cottage was updated for your pleasure while keeping unique touches of the original home. Unwind and grill on the back porch and enjoy the shade of the oak tree. This pet friendly home offers a fenced in backyard for your pet's safety. We are located 6 minutes from Monroe Regional Airport and 5 minutes from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.

Country Pleasure

A beautiful modular home. SLEEPS FOUR ADULTS AND TWO CHILDREN COMFORTABLY! A quiet Country setting with a few farm animals. (PLEASE DO NOT PET THE ANIMALS!). Sit on the front porch or back deck for a pleasant view. You may see deer in the meadow. There’s a swing under the carport for relaxing in the shade. Quiet country get away. Additional charges may apply for more than four adults. (We will negotiate)

Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.

The Garden Cottage

We are located in the woods but only 2 miles from I 20. The Garden Cottage is located close to our main house but isolated with its own private patio. It is perfect for a single occupant or a couple due to it only has 1 bed. Infants/child is welcome if you have sleeping accommodations for them ( portable crib/pack in play). I do not provide either.

Quiet secluded and quaint two bedroom barn loft

If you’re looking for a “getaway”, here’s your place. Located 7 miles outside of Rayville and 20 minutes from Monroe La. It’s the perfect spot. 65 acres to roam on, a nearby “break or swamp”, a stocked pond just outside your back door with wild ducks much of the year, you’ll find plenty to do without leaving the place!
