1892 Brownstone on Landmarked Block

Stay in a beautifully restored brownstone near Central Park. We own and live on the lower two floors; guest rooms are on the third floor. THIS IS A SHARED ACCOMODATION. Guests are welcome to use our Kitchen, but there is a microwave and small fridge in the guest room. Two large bedrooms with queen beds and one small room with a twin bed. Please note that the small twin bedroom is accessed from the queen bedroom. One private bath shared by all three bedrooms. The floor is totally private.

5th floor walk up. Not a good apt for someone who can not handle exercise. If you’re looking for a sleek, minimalist hotel experience, this isn’t it. Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.

This is my home where I live. I'll be present during your stay. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to Jacobi Medical Center, Calvary Hospital, the Jack D. Weiler Hospital of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the Montefiore Medical Center (Hutchinson Campus). If you are flying, the three major airports are , in order of distance, La Guardia Airport, 10.1 miles away, JFK Airport, 16.5 miles away, and Newark Airport 26.7 miles away.

Welcome to our private one-bedroom apartment/basement. Easy access to public transportation to New York, Times Square (bus stop is 7 minutes away walking distance) Newark Airport-25 mins driving. American Dream Mall -15 mins. Met Life Stadium-15 mins. Soho Spa Club-6 mins. Our charming apartment is part of a two family house where we live in. There are great restaurants, markets, bakeries, cafes, etc. Our neighborhood is friendly, safe and secure.
