A luxurious escape into Cape Winelands, an hour drive from the city of Cape Town. This property has its own power supply and is protected by an electric fence (no baboons). A gravel road leads up, which doesn't require a 4x4 or SUV only good ground clearance of the vehicle.

90 minutes from Cape Town, nestled between mountain ranges, on the banks of the river, this is a perfect retreat from big city life. Entirely off-grid, this peaceful cottage has two double bedrooms with a spacious open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area and one bathroom comprising a large shower, toilet and basin. Guests can swim in pristine mountain water, hike into the surrounding mountains or visit several Wine estates nearby.". Backup power is provided for loadshedding.

You’ll love my place because of the location and farm atmosphere, the people, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. The Wine Tank is an actual tank converted into a small studio. It is good for a couple or solo adventurer. Whilst exploring the Winelands and tasting wine, sleeping over in The Tank, is a great experience.
