This is a charming fully renovated guesthouse built at the back of our home. We are situated in a peaceful suburban neighborhood. The room has a single bed, private bathroom, own entrance, designated parking space, microwave oven, small refrigerator, coffee maker, 2-burner hot plate, iron/ironing board; heater and air conditioner. Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!
