Second story apartment is a newly renovated space over hosts' garage (guests must be capable of climbing one flight of spiral stairs). It has a full kitchen (Including dishwasher), full bath (shower only - no tub), nice sized bedroom with queen bed and closet. Second story large private deck. NO DIRT ROADS TO PROPERTY! Adults only and (sorry!) no pets.

Easy access to all of southeast Arizona: Kartchner Caverns State Park, Tombstone, Bisbee, Coronado and Chiricahua National Monuments, Sierra Vista and Historic Fort Huachuca , great birding, hiking, and sight-seeing throughout the region including Ramsey Canyon Nature Preserve. If you have a motorcycle, we have a concrete driveway, so no gravel parking. Also many wineries nearby. Some people are aware that across the border in Naco, Mexico there are some excellent dentists. This is a cute guest house in the heart of Cochise county. We are near Tombstone, Bisbee, Sierra Vista, Benson and Kartchner caverns. The house is neat and clean. It contains all of the amenities needed for your enjoyment. Saint David is generally 5 to 10 degrees cooler than Tucson and Phoenix. We have two A/C - Heater units to keep the temperature inside at your comfort level. We now have a laundry room available. Golf clubs available to use at nearby golf courses.
