Comfortable, cozy, clean, and 10 Second drive or a five-minute walk to the beautiful Greenbrier River. Centrally located to many State Parks including Pipestem, Bluestone, Beartown, and Watoga and the New River Gorge National Park all within 45 minutes and 25 minutes to Greenbrier River Trail. In the town of Alderson, home to West Virginia’s largest July 4th celebration. 5 minutes or less to Dollar Stores, convenience, gas, local shops and Subway. Kroger and Ollies are just 20 minutes.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Our place is on a little dirt road with a beautiful view of the sun rising over the mountains and horses grazing in the field. Off the main road approximately 1/10 of a mile with no traffic in front of the house. Beautiful backyard with a fire pit and grill, also corn hole for outdoor fun. No nosy neighbors, but the sound of children playing nearby. Just minutes away from rafting, mountain climbing and new river gorge

When visiting the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, stay at this quaint stone cottage less than a mile off of Route 19 in downtown Oak Hill, WV. Things to Note: This little cottage has skylights upstairs, so light floods into this space from sunrise to sundown. Also, the mattress is firm. Finally, the hot water is provided via a tankless hot water heater, which has been known to cause water temperature variability.

We are minutes away from many of the major attractions in the area including: rafting companies (i.e. ACE and Adventures on the Gorge, and River Expeditions), hiking, shops, and restaurants. We are located within the city of Oak Hill so no crazy backroads or surprises : ) Relax on our back porch, around the firepit, or inside in the air conditioning after a great day of having fun! Whitewater Chalet: A-Frame on a Mountain Farm

Enjoy the mountain breeze in this rustic and cozy A-Frame chalet. Hike through the woods, cozy up to an outdoor fire, or just relax on the porch and listen to the sounds of nature. The chalet is conveniently located one mile from Summersville Lake (Battle Run Recreation Area), 22-miles from the New River Gorge National Park, and four miles from the Upper Gauley River rafting and kayaking put-in.

Richmond’s Meadow Creek Hideaway Cabin #5

Our fun sized Cabin #5 is 220 sf with a Queen bed, a full size futon mattress in the loft, a roll away bed, and the sofa makes a bed. We also have a living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The Cabin is fully furnished with lots of extras for you to enjoy inside and out. Open seasonally for rental April through October.
