THE STABLE is a modern granny flat with 1 comfortable queen sized bed, open plan kitchen and lounge room, air conditioning close to Hunter Valley Vineyards with only a 15-20 min CAR RIDE to all main attractions and concert venues. Our flat is semi attached to our main house but has private entrance, we also have a mini dash Wonka that will be more than happy to say hello when he’s out & about. Please also note CHECK IN IS 2PM and CHECK OUT is 10am ! * All towels and bedding provided by me :)

Fairy Cottage

Fairy cottage is a self contained unit set overlooking our fairy garden. The cottage consists of 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed in the lounge room. There’s 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The front porch has a swing seat overlooking the fairy garden. Feel free to wander around the property excluding our home and back yard. Approximately 5 mins to local vineyards, 20 mins to Pokolbin. Lots of local pub’s and restaurants nearby too most with a courtesy bus. Just a lovely spot

The Loft Morpeth

Please note our base rate is for 2 guests with access to 1 bedroom only (upstairs super king bed). The second bedroom (downstairs queen bed) will be locked. If you require 2 bedrooms for 2 people, please adjust the number of guests to 3 adults (selecting infants/children does not open the room as there is no charge for their stay) We are situated directly next door to Morpeth’s historical River Royal pub which offers a quiet atmosphere mid week and a social evening Fri/Sat (closes at 11pm)

Gouig Cottage is only a 30 min drive to Newcastle and 40 min to Pokolbin.

"The Magnolia Park Poolhouse"

Relax, swim and walk around this beautiful farmstay on 150 acres. panoramic mountain and river views from every window. The Poolhouse has been upgraded with a new Spa and new Fireplace. Pls note there is a friendly Labrador and toy poodle that wander the farm. Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill.
