You are invited into my home where we will prepare Pastizzi. My family recipe will yield the taste of our notorious local snack and whip up unforgettable moments, whilst keeping Maltese traditions alive. This experience is as much about history as it is about food. My mission is to leave each of you feeling: Excited, informed and loving Malta even more by sharing my family recipe! We will begin our experience with an introduction to when and how Pastizzi became part of our local diet. Discussing the influences of our previous invaders and rulers who played an important role in characterising local cuisine. What To Expect You will learn about the two staple fillings for Pastizzi, Ricotta and Pea, which will be made ready for you as they would need a whole experience of their own to prepare :) Together, we will explore the ingredients and techniques allowing you to get involved by preparing the Pastizzi by hand following my guiding instructions. Once the preparations are done, you will be invited to sit at the table where tea, kinnie, cisk and other drinks will be served. Finally, our freshly baked Pastizzi will be eaten. ***Allergens *** Gluten, Lactose, Mustard, Garlic, Corn, Traces of nuts - please be advised that you will be entering a domestic kitchen :)

Welcome to the UNDERWATER WORLD! During this experience we are going to accompany you to a new and funny dimension you have never seen before. A 3-hour full experience to introduce you to scuba diving respecting your learning times. At first you are going to receive a theoretical introduction about scuba diving and then we will get ready for the practice session and dive directly at sea. During this experience you will have the chance to admire the lively marine life of the Mediterranean Sea and challenge yourself in a new activity that will change your life's perspective. This experience is run daily all year round starting from DiveBase dive center in St.Paul's Bay. Full equipment, insurance, learning material, transportation and assistance are all included. Minors who would like to take part in this experience will need parent's authorization. Sufficient swimming skills are required. No prior scuba certification or scuba diving experience are requested. Note that after the dive you must wait at least 12 hours before flying. Other things to note: Sufficient swimming skills are required. Must be able to swim and not have any risk medical conditions, otherwise, a Medical Evaluation is required, for things like Asthma, heart disease, high/low blood pressure, lung disease, surgery in the past 12 months. You should not fly in the next 12h.

Notice: kindly message me if the date you're interested in is not listed in my calendar, I might still be available! We'll kick off the photo walk at the City Gate, slowly making our way through the streets of Valletta, stopping at various popular spots along the way (such as the Barrakka gardens, Triton Fountain etc). We'll also stray off the beaten path to some of my favourite spots in the city. On the way I will be taking photos of your experience (posed and candid) which I will then edit and send to you in a couple of days. My aim is to document your experience in the city and bring out its unique character, as well as your own! The photo walk is at a relaxed pace, and while I will have a route planned out beforehand, please don't hesitate to suggest or request new locations. If you're interested, I can also give you a brief history of Valletta, as well as some local tips on places to visit and food to try. We will visit these public places in an air conditioned vehicle with a break at Mdina were you will be able to taste the best cheesecakes in Malta(also included in the price). Please note that all the places were chosen according to the accessibilty of people. 1. St Dominic’s Convent in Rabat featured as the Red Keep Garden (ticket fee included) 2. The Gate of the Mdina featured as the entrance of King's Landing 3. Mesquita Square in Mdina where Jamie Lannister and his spearmen attack Ned and his guards 4. San Anton Palace and Gardens featured with a memorable scene when Joffrey took Sansa to the balcony to see the heads on spikes, including her father's. 5. Valletta Barrakka Gardens, apart from the fantastic view of the Great harbour, it may also be seen from afar Fort Ricasoli and Fort Saint Angelo which were both used as scenes of the Red Keep. 6. We will take photos in the most touristic spots and also hidden gems around my country. Being a local journalist and having lived in Malta my entire life, I believe I can offer a unique experience to whoever visits Malta and wants to create beautiful memories of their time here. The experience takes place in Valletta and starts from next to the Triton Fountain, but you can also request via messages to do this in Marsaxlokk, Mdina or Żurrieq, depending on my availabilities. We will walk around for an hour and capture beautiful moments along the way - bring comfortable shoes, as we have a lot of stairs! After the shoot, I will send 20-30 edited pictures in around 2-3 days. My editing style is natural with a soft vintage look as you can see on the slides. We can also discuss reel ideas before the shoot if you want to create something unique for the gram. You can find examples on my insta account @maltasnappers.

- Kindly contact me in case the date you have in mind is not available- - The Maltese Tile, an extraordinary heritage from Maltese art and culture. - The relaxing activity is based in my studio, which is situated in an Urban Conservation area, and within a traditional Maltese Townhouse which I am turning into a living arts space. You will be given brief historical information about the Maltese Tiles, then you will create a base for a coaster sized tile using white cement (size 10 x 10cm) which can be used as a souvenir. Your tiles do not need to be baked, therefore you can paint them and take them with you home straightaway in one of my handmade boxes :) I will show you how the tile is done from concept to realization, you will be designing your own pattern (or use the ones we have available), transfer the design to the mold, and finally painting it! At the end you will be keeping the tile for yourself, and have something handmade (and Maltese) which you can take back home! Other things to note 1. To make one tile usually takes about 2 hours, but you are more than welcome to make more tiles at an extra expense of 4 euro each tile, or else buy a tile kit to take home starting from 5 euro 2. Join me on the most beautiful last fortification trail of the Maltese Islands. The Last Fortification trail will see us hike around Fort Campbell and its underlying beaches. Fort Campbell is the most important fortification north of the Victoria Lines, and the last major fortification to be built in Malta by the British between 1937 & 1938 We will start our hike on a hilltop at Selmun Chapel on the outskirts of Mellieha, walking towards Selmun Palace. The palace used to be rented out to knights of the Order of Saint John as a place to relax and hunt wild rabbits, which were commonly found in the area. Following the path around the palace we can enjoy unobstructed views of Mistra Bay below us. Squaring up to Fort Campbell we take a right at the fork through a downhill path that cuts through cultivated farmland. Looking down from Rdum il-Biez you can see the beautiful blue waters of Ras il-Mignuna. Making our way across an uneven path, we can enjoy the magnificent views of St.Pauls Islands to our right. We now find ourselves in uncharted territory where not many Maltese have ventured before due it the areas remoteness. As we venture up the clay slopes we are now more or less half way through the journey. Next up are 2 very pretty & picturesque little bays that of Ghajn Hadid Bay & Imgiebah Bay. We complete the loop at Selmun Chapel right back where we started.

We’ll take a kayak adventure to beautiful Comino – exploring caves, crystal waters, gorgeous bays, beaches or rock formations (weather dependent)! This experience is a half-day guided tour (10am - 1pm or 2:30pm-5:30pm) from Gozo to Comino. You'll see many of the stunning sites of Comino such as the Blue Lagoon, Santa Maria Bay and all of the amazing caves, bays and rock formations in between. Please understand that all tours are weather-dependent and not all areas/routes may be accessible. This tour is for beginners and experienced kayakers. Please tell us your experience when you book, so we can group you better with others. The tour has 2.5 hours of kayaking and a 30 min break. In the break, you can swim, relax and explore on land! If needed, the guide will teach you the basics and make sure you feel comfortable! This is an active adventure, so a basic level of fitness and swimming ability required.
