Want some authentic Cuban cuisine? This place is simple but serves up amazing Cuban food! Another local favorite but about a 20-30 minute drive from our home. Definitely worth the drive! Be sure to get a cafe con leche, and call before you go to be sure they are open.

This is also a popular spot for dolphin watching, and it is not unusual to see manatees and schools of sting rays in the are as well. Fishing is also common on the pier. When the tide is low, this also a great shelling area. Across the street from the pier is a great, locally owned ice cream shop Two Scoops. We love to get an ice cream and then enjoy it while we sightsee on the pier.
