Also close proximity to beach. This property is waterfront on Sabine lake with a 400 ft private pier, great fishing, a good place to tie up your boat. Night fish on the pier under the many lights and don't forget the awesome views. The owners do live upstairs and share the outside areas on occasion.

Centrally located in a safe and friendly neighborhood, The Nest is within walking distance of a grocery store, library, and park. Starbucks and Chick-fil-A are ~1 mile away! When you stay at The Nest, you will enjoy a clean and comfortable space for yourself or a small group of 2-4 people. Each room has a full size bed. Relax and enjoy the beauty of this peaceful private lake with lakefront cabin. Full kitchen, with complimentary coffee and tea, queen bed, private full bathroom. A large, covered porch. Fire pit and charcoal grill are provided as well as a Kayak and paddle boat for your enjoyment. Kayak, fish, or swim or just chill on private pier. Check in 3:00 pm - Check out 11:00 am. The Bluefin Getaway home is a nice little place that sits on a beautiful freshwater lake great for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and more.
