You'll have a great time at this brand new modern basement apartment with 1 bed, 1 bath, kitchen, dining and living room, and your own separate entrance . Truly a home away from home. Minutes drive from restaurants, shopping areas, University of Waterloo, Wilfred University and Conestoga College. This basement apartment is in a newly custom built house so the driveway is still gravel but a paved walkway to the apartment from the driveway. We live upstairs so will always be available to help.

Propane fireplace is available for emergency heat only in winter. In the event of a power outage this would be the only heat available. We allow one pet.
