Bargain 2-bdrm condo by beach, golf, pickleball

This condo is in a gated community on the golf course and across from a private pool. Walk to the ocean in minutes. There is a larger pool, hot tubs, tennis and pickle ball courts, golf course and driving range nearby. The local town of San felipe is about 7 miles away where there are lots of restaurants, fishing, and different activities for the family to enjoy! There is an additional 38 dollar one time HOA fee when you check in for use of all the facilities for 4 adults only, under 16 free.

Playa Del Paraiso is a Beach Front-high-rise complex near down town San Felipe, next to the Marina. Watch the boats come in by day and the city lights by night. The city can be seen from both bedrooms and living room. The property is guarded for your security. The pool is located right near the walkway to the sand. Building 1 is complete and fully functional, where our unit is. Building 2 is under construction, however, no construction is currently underway. Parking is free. No Pets.
