Villa plage! Climatisation partout. 2 chambres + piscine! Adorable petite maison sur une magnifique pelouse bordée de palmiers, en première ligne a Playa San Miguel. Vues tropicales depuis chaque fenêtre et la terrasse couverte. La maison fait 110 m² (1 200 pi) sur 2 niveaux. Maison principale : rez: salon, cuisine, toilettes. Étage : 1 chambre parquet, lit king size, bureau, placard et sdb. Sur côté de la maison se trouve une 2eme chambre avec lit queen, bureau et salle de bain complète.
