This light filled studio is tucked away in a private area of our property and is the perfect restful escape for just yourself, couples, or small families. The studio has a Scandinavian summer house style featuring red weatherboard with white trimmings and a pergola. It is 5 minutes walk to the Sandgate waterfront, good cafes, and local bars. Little Red and our home have recently seen some changes. For Little Red, guests will now benefit from a private yard, and a new outdoor covered patio area.

Bakery and shops across the road. Generous space with a Queen sized bed, bar fridge and kitchenette with breakfast stocks. The bathroom has ample space and large shower. As you walk through the doors of our canal home, you are greeted with high ceilings, water views and your very own pontoon able to moor a 12m boat and two tinnies! Being on the prestigious Pacific Harbour Estate canal, you will instantly start to unwind. Bring your boat, launch and motor the short distance to your private pontoon making it easy for your days out on the water. Or simply relax and sip cocktails by the pool or throw a line in off the pontoon as we regularly catch fish this way!
