The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

Spacious room with kitchenette, separate bathroom, laundry and dryer. Private area below above house with own separate access and areas. Outside sheltered nooks for reading or quiet contemplation of the expansive valley and hillsides. Gentle and more extensive bush walking tracks just 3 mins away. A peaceful space with wallaby and birdlife action and impressive mountain (Kunanyi) views. Close to the bush yet also close to the North Hobart food and entertainment strip and Hobart City centre.

This one bedroom self contained flat is part of the main house (all beds are in the one room). The flat has separate entrance. New fully-furnished kitchen and bathroom. Fantastic water views and only 5 km from the city, approximate 10 minute drive. There is a public bus stop 1 minute walk from flat. It's only 3 minutes drive to beautiful beaches (Nutgrove and Long Beach), 7 minute drive to main local shopping center (supermarkets, restaurants, chemist etc). 5 min drive to Uni of Tas.
