鹿児島中央駅から徒歩6分、独立鍵付のワンルーム部屋。部屋は南向きで明るく風通しも良く、清潔なお部屋です。徒歩1分で深夜23時まで営業しているスーパーもあり、駅周辺にはレストランも多数あり。冷暖房エアコン完備、備付けの洗濯機と洗剤あり、徒歩3分にコインランドリーも。部屋は３階で、階段のみ。エレベーターはありません。光回線ベースの無料Wi-Fiもあり、リモートワークにもノーストレス｡タオルは宿泊日数分設置｡お風呂は深めの浴槽で､石鹸/シャンプー/リンス類もあります｡部屋は広く、最大3人でも十分過ごせます。近所に温泉が数か所あります。ベッドルーム：セミダブルベッド1台、ダブルベッド1台リビングルーム：テーブルとソファキッチン：冷蔵庫、電子ケトル、電子レンジ、食器類/割箸/コップ収納クローゼットあり鹿児島を訪れる方の滞在が少しでも良い想い出になるよう、できる限りのおもてなしをしようと毎回心を込めて掃除をしています。老夫婦が運営するお部屋ですが、多少の施設の古さや不便さを受け入れてくださる方には十分な部屋だと思います。
