Welcome to your very own Cottage in Harbor Country! Renovated and beautifully appointed, our cottage has a mix of vintage charm with modern updates! Enjoy morning coffee on the brand new deck or screened-in porch, take a dip in the new hot tub or cozy up next to the wood-burning fireplace. This is the perfect place to relax and make memories with loved ones! We are a short drive to everything in the area (see location notes for distances) and we’re an easy walk to the beach (approx. 15-20 min)

House of Zen: Peaceful Modern Cabin on Tryon Farm

The House of Zen is an architect designed home situated in the woods, part of a sustainable farm community on 170 acres. Only an hour drive from Chicago, and close to Indiana Dunes National Park, it is the ultimate escape. The perfect getaway for couples, creatives and nature lovers who want some peace, quiet and space. Explore the farm trails & enjoy the wildlife and soothing sounds. Note: We have a 3 night minimum stay during summer, but open up 2 night stays 1-2 weeks before if possible.

If you prefer to take it easy you can relax by our indoor fireplace or the outdoor fire pit, recharge in the YEAR-ROUND indoor sauna or stroll to nearby Harbert Beach. Relax in the upper level of our bi-level vacation home w/private entrance. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath includes a beautiful Master suite! Enjoy the Hot tub and fire pit in the backyard. Wine Tour? Stay with us and you'll receive a discount with "Grape & Grain Tours" plus complimentary pick up and drop off. Must be 25 or older to book.

Guest will have access to a private gated patio and parking right in front of the house for two vehicles.
